An attorney for the company, which is seeking “non-monetary declaratory or injunctive relief,” provided a copy of the complaint by George Hackney Inc., the Gadsden County nursery that does business as Trulieve.

It’s a shame you have to sue for something that was voted on nearly 2 years ago… I’m glad the DOH is moving forward with “Edibles” & “Labs” by having their open forums a couple of weeks ago.
The office of the Florida Dept of Health actually called me yesterday to discuss my situation…wholesale manufacturing for “CBD “ Chocolate Bars. because of have my permits from the department of agriculture but need some clarification from Mrs. Coppola and her team j. the DOH

Every day that the DOH denies Florida residence real, natural marijuana (buds / flower) they are breaking the law. Cannabis contains over 400 chemical compounds but the DOH limits patients to Two (CBD and THC). The entourage effect of natural cannabis produces great health benefits. The citizens of Florida voted for natural cannabis buds not manufactured oil. People have no faith in the power of the vote because Florida officials believe they are above the law. What a shame.

First of all thank you for sueing the state is changed the law that we voted for we voted for MM dispensaries not liquid componds we voted for full flowers and the amount that the doctors are charging is just completely over priced when in other states your certificate is $50 for a year not $350 for a couple months just to get the card and then have the money for dispensers I m on Social security and its impossible to come up with that kind of money so thanks and Good luck for all of us J B

Hope the suit will help ease items in stock problems, ordering and delivery options. As a chronic pain patient for over 20 years; if one system didn’t treat me like crap another does.

I don’t have enough time left for this mess to play out. LIke most of us in the program.

  11. Breaking News!!! Liberty Health Sciences Joins Trulieve and Surterra as Regulate Florida Petitioning Partners

[…] Liberty Health Sciences coming on board as a petitioning partner will increase the statewide reach that Regulate Florida has with licensed medical marijuana treatment centers.  It is assumed that Trulieve, Surterra and Liberty Health Sciences will have the full 30 retail stores allowed under law opened in 2019.  This is huge news for cannabis legalization advocates around the state and something that everyone can work together on going forward. The number of stores that each MMTC is allowed to open is open to change pending a lawsuit by Truileve […]
